Technical Parameters

The 100L reactor is manufactured to strict quality standards, with advanced configurations ensuring reliability, durability and operational safety.

Body Material: High-quality SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. SS304 offers good general corrosion resistance; SS316L (with molybdenum) has better chloride ion corrosion resistance for harsh corrosive conditions.

Structure: Three types available: open flush cover, open welded flange, and closed. Open types enable easy feeding, inspection and maintenance (low pressure/low leakage); closed type has excellent sealing for high pressure and sterility requirements.

Composition: Consists of body, tank cover, jacket, agitator, transmission, shaft seal and supports. Jacket controls temperature; agitator ensures uniform mixing; transmission and shaft seal guarantee stable operation and sealing.

Surface Treatment: Mirror polishing (easy to clean, meets GMP/FDA standards for food/medicine) or wire drawing (wear-resistant, industrial appearance).

Optional Configurations

A full range of optional configurations is available for customization, enabling precise control and safer operation:

Sterile Filter: Removes microorganisms, ensuring reaction sterility (essential for pharmaceutical/food industries), with 0.2μm+ microporous membranes.

Thermometer (Digital/Dial): Real-time temperature monitoring; digital (high accuracy, clear display), dial (simple, reliable).

PH Meter: Continuously detects pH value, enabling timely adjustment for stable product quality (suitable for pH-sensitive processes).

Sanitary Manhole: Facilitates interior inspection/cleaning, hygienic (no dead corners), compliant with food/pharmaceutical standards.

Outlet: Optimized for smooth discharge, reducing residue, with optional specifications for different materials.

Cleaning Ball: Efficiently cleans reactor interior, avoids cross-contamination, compatible with CIP procedures, reduces manual work.
