Product Overview
Stainless steel tanks are extensively utilized in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and brewing industries for the storage, mixing, and processing of various liquids and solid materials. Their core advantages include excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, superior hygienic performance, and convenient cleaning.
Product Features
High-Quality Material: Manufactured from 304/316L stainless steel. The 304 stainless steel is applicable to general industrial scenarios, while 316L stainless steel boasts enhanced corrosion resistance, making it suitable for high-demand fields such as the pharmaceutical industry.
Customizable Capacity: The capacity can be fully customized in accordance with customers’ actual production requirements, and professional technical suggestions will be provided to ensure optimal configuration.
Surface Treatment: Two options are available: polishing and sandblasting. Polishing treatment meets strict hygienic standards, while sandblasting treatment effectively enhances the wear resistance of the tank surface.
Structure Design: Three structure types are offered, including single-layer (for ordinary storage), double-layer (for temperature control), and multi-layer (for complex production processes).
Applications
Food Processing: Used for the storage and processing of food raw materials, which fully complies with national food safety standards.
Pharmaceutical Production: Applied in the storage and processing of pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
Chemical Storage: Designed for the storage of chemical reagents, featuring effective leakage prevention to ensure production safety.
Beer Brewing: Suitable for the storage of brewing raw materials and the fermentation process, effectively maintaining the quality and flavor of beer.
Selection Guide
1. Determine Capacity: Select the appropriate capacity based on actual production needs, and it is recommended to reserve 10%-20% of redundant capacity to accommodate production fluctuations.
2. Choose Material: 304 stainless steel is recommended for non-corrosive materials, while 316L stainless steel is suitable for corrosive materials to extend the service life of the tank.
3. Design Pressure: If pressure resistance is required for the tank, the specific working pressure requirements shall be clearly specified during the ordering process.
4. Special Requirements: Any special functional requirements such as insulation, heating, or cooling shall be clearly specified in advance to ensure the product meets actual application needs.
5. Accessory Selection: Select appropriate accessories such as agitators and thermometers according to specific usage requirements to improve the overall functionality of the tank.
