Product Overview

The 3500L reactor is a large-capacity industrial equipment for large-scale production in oil, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine and food industries. It is suitable for vulcanization, oxidation, alkylation, polymerization and condensation processes, providing a reliable, efficient and safe environment for continuous mass production.

Technical Parameters

Manufactured in line with industrial standards, the 3500L reactor features scientific structure and high-quality components, ensuring stable operation, strong corrosion resistance and high safety for harsh large-scale industrial conditions.

Body Material: SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. SS304 offers good general corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness; SS316L (with molybdenum) has better resistance to chloride ions and corrosive media, suitable for pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical industries.

Structure: Three types available: open flush cover, open welded flange, and closed. Open types enable easy feeding, inspection and maintenance (low pressure/low leakage); closed type has excellent sealing for high pressure, sterility and environmental protection requirements.

Composition: Consists of body, tank cover, jacket, agitator, transmission, shaft seal and supports. Jacket controls temperature; agitator ensures uniform mixing; transmission and shaft seal guarantee stable operation and sealing.

Surface Treatment: Mirror polishing (easy to clean, meets GMP/FDA standards for food/medicine) or wire drawing (wear-resistant, industrial appearance).

Sterile Filter: Removes bacteria and viruses, ensuring reaction sterility (essential for pharmaceutical/food industries) with 0.2μm+ microporous membranes.

Thermometer (Digital/Dial): Real-time temperature monitoring; digital (high accuracy, connectable to control system), dial (simple, reliable).

PH Meter: Continuously detects pH value, enabling timely adjustment for stable product quality (suitable for pH-sensitive processes).

Sanitary Manhole: Sanitary design (no dead corners) for easy inspection/cleaning, suitable for food/pharmaceutical industries.

Outlet: Optimized for smooth discharge, reducing residue, with optional specifications for different materials and processes.

Cleaning Ball: 360° full-coverage cleaning, avoids cross-contamination, compatible with CIP procedures, reduces manual work.

Pressure Meter: Real-time internal pressure monitoring, clear display, prevents overpressure hazards, available in different precision levels.

Sterile Sampling Valve: Enables sterile sampling without opening the reactor, avoids contamination, suitable for strict production control industries.

Level Meter and Level Controller: Options include load-bearing module, contactless ultrasonic and static pressure transmitter; real-time liquid level detection, automatic feeding/discharging control.
