Emulsification Tank

The emulsification tank is to dissolve one or more materials in another liquid phase and hydrate it into a relatively stable emulsion. The homogeneous agitator of the emulsification tank can be used in conjunction with central blade agitation, wall scraping agitation, etc. to form the best agitation method. The tank body adopts a vertical round tank body, which can be made into a honeycomb jacketed coil jacket or an integral jacket, which can be heated. The bottom of the cooling tank can be sloped, so it can be dried and emptied. The material of stainless steel is made of 316L or 304.

Application

It is suitable for the production of cosmetics, medicine, food, chemical dyeing, printing oil black and other industrial products, especially for the emulsification of materials with high matrix viscosity and relatively high solid content, which is more effective.
