Product Overview
Stainless steel storage tanks are widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and brewing industries, suitable for the storage, mixing, and processing of various liquids and solids. Their main advantages include: excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, good hygiene standards, and an easy-to-clean structural design.
Features
Material: Made of 304 or 316L stainless steel to meet the contact requirements of different media.
Capacity: Can be customized according to customer needs, from small laboratory capacity to large industrial production capacity.
Surface treatment: Polishing or sandblasting can be selected. Polished surfaces are smooth and easy to clean, while sandblasted surfaces are uniform, aesthetically pleasing, and scratch-resistant.
Structure: Available in single-layer, double-layer, or multi-layer configurations. Single-layer configurations are suitable for conventional storage, while double-layer and multi-layer configurations allow for the introduction of heating or cooling media to achieve temperature control.
Application Scope
Food processing: such as the storage and preparation of dairy products, fruit juices, condiments, and edible oils.
Pharmaceutical manufacturing: such as purified water, water for injection, solution preparation and extraction tanks.
Chemical storage: Containers suitable for storing various acids, alkalis, solvents and other chemical raw materials.
Beer brewing: Used in the processes of saccharification, fermentation, maturation, and sake storage.
Selection Guide
Determine the capacity: Select a storage tank with an appropriate volume based on actual production needs, avoiding tanks that are too large or too small.
Material selection: Based on the characteristics of the stored materials, select 304 stainless steel (suitable for general food, water, and mildly corrosive media) or 316L stainless steel (suitable for highly corrosive, salty, acidic, or pharmaceutical-grade media).
Design pressure: If the tank needs to withstand internal or external pressure, please specify the working pressure requirements in order to design a pressure-bearing structure.
Special requirements: If insulation, heating, cooling or other special functions are required, please specify in advance so that the corresponding interlayer, coil or insulation layer can be designed.
Optional accessories: Depending on the specific operating conditions, accessories such as agitators, thermometers, level gauges, pressure gauges, manholes, and CIP cleaning balls can be selected.
