200L Dual-Configuration Mixing Tank
A 200L dual-configuration mixing tank is a highly adaptable industrial vessel designed for batch production. It is widely used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. Typically constructed from stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316L), these tanks feature dual configurations—such as separate oil/water phase tanks or dual impeller systems—to improve mixing efficiency and enhance process flexibility.
This storage tank features a skid-mounted design for easy movement and installation, and is equipped with an integrated control panel for convenient operation and parameter adjustment. It supports heating and cooling via grooves or half-pipe jackets, ensuring precise temperature control (±1℃) for various materials. It offers a variety of material selections and surface treatment grades to suit industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. The tank is equipped with load cells and level switches for real-time monitoring of material weight and level, ensuring safe and stable operation, and includes a cleaning interface for convenient routine maintenance.
