Agitators

  • Grid agitator: Simple structure, wide mixing range, suitable for medium and low viscosity slurries, and used in chemical, building materials and other industries.
  • Anchor type agitator: The blades fit against the tank wall to scrape off residues, suitable for high viscosity slurries, and applicable to industries such as coatings and resins.
  • Wall scraper: Removes residue from the tank wall and bottom in real time, suitable for high viscosity and easily caking slurries (such as pigments and food slurries).
  • Propeller mixer: High mixing efficiency, generates strong axial flow, suitable for low viscosity, high flow rate slurries, and used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Bottom-mounted agitator: Installed at the bottom of the tank to prevent sedimentation, suitable for large-volume, high-viscosity slurries, and used in large-scale industrial production.
