Product Series Details

1. 90-degree stainless steel elbow

As a core component for conventional pipeline turning, it is suitable for most right-angle pipeline laying scenarios, with comprehensive specifications and diverse molding processes.
Specification range: DN15-DN600
Wall thickness grades: SCH5S-SCH160
Forming processes include hot pressing (R=1.5D) and cold bending (R=3D). Large-diameter welded elbows can also be customized to meet installation requirements under various working conditions.

2. 45-degree stainless steel elbow

Suitable for pipelines with minor turns, it features a high degree of standardization, flexible connection methods, and a complete surface treatment process, making it suitable for high-standard working conditions such as cleanliness and corrosion resistance.
Implementation standard: GB/T12459-2017
Connection methods: Supports three mainstream methods: butt welding, socket welding, and threaded connection.
Special treatments: Acid pickling and passivation, electropolishing can be performed to improve the product’s corrosion resistance and surface finish.

3. 180-degree stainless steel bend pipe

It features high pressure resistance and wide temperature range adaptability, with a wide range of material options, and can be adapted to special pipeline conditions with extreme high and low temperatures and high pressure.
Available materials: 304, 316, 321, 310S
Pressure rating: PN10-PN100
Applicable temperature range: -196℃ to 800℃, suitable for special operating environments such as low-temperature cold chain and high-temperature heat exchange.
