The equipment is widely used in coatings, pharmaceuticals, building materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, food, scientific research and other fields, and is suitable for laboratory research and development as well as industrial-scale production.

The core consists of four main components, with a scientifically designed and durable structure:
Stainless steel tank: corrosion resistant, easy to clean, avoids material contamination, and suitable for various viscous and corrosive slurries.
End cap: Precisely aligns with the tank body to reduce material residue, enhance sealing, and ensure production safety.
Jacket: The core of temperature regulation, which can be used in conjunction with the heating/cooling system to precisely control the temperature of the slurry inside the tank.
Mixing system: Composed of a mixer and a drive unit, the mixer can be selected according to the characteristics of the slurry to ensure the mixing effect.

Optional configuration

Tilting design: facilitates material discharge, cleaning and maintenance, reduces material residue, and is suitable for high-viscosity slurries.

Integrated control panel: Centrally control parameters such as stirring speed and temperature to achieve automated production and improve accuracy.

Agitator: The appropriate type can be selected according to the viscosity of the slurry and the mixing requirements .

Heating function: Disc/semi-tube jacket heating, uniform and efficient, precise temperature control, meeting the requirements of heating process.

Cooling function: Disc/semi-tube jacketed cooling, precise temperature control, and prevention of material deterioration due to high temperature.

Weighing sensor: Real-time monitoring of slurry weight, precise control of mixing ratio, suitable for scenarios with strict requirements on dosage.

Liquid level switch: Monitors liquid level, prevents overflow and low liquid level, can trigger alarm and automatic material replenishment, improving safety.

Cleaning interface: Facilitates thorough cleaning of the tank, avoids cross-contamination between batches, and meets hygiene standards.
