Tangki sistem filtrasi industri baja tahan karat adalah bejana filtrasi bertekanan yang dirancang khusus untuk industri makanan, farmasi, kimia, dan pengolahan air. Tangki ini cocok untuk pengolahan pemurnian cairan, gas, dan fluida bervikositas rendah, termasuk penghilangan kotoran, penjernihan, dan sterilisasi. Peralatan ini terbuat dari baja tahan karat 304/316L dan dapat mengintegrasikan berbagai elemen filter seperti kartrid filter, kantong filter, dan batang titanium. Peralatan ini mendukung pengoperasian tekanan positif atau negatif, memiliki struktur yang kompak, penyegelan yang andal, dan memudahkan penggantian media filter dengan cepat, serta memenuhi persyaratan produksi yang higienis dan tahan korosi.

Fitur Produk

Material and Surface: 304/316L stainless steel, mirror polished or acid-washed and passivated inside and out, with no dead corners, easy to clean, and meets GMP/FDA standards.

Filtration types: Single/multi-bag, multi-cartridge, candle filter, activated carbon, or titanium rod filters are available, with filtration accuracy ranging from 0.1 to 200 μm.

Structural design: Quick-opening sealing structure (clamp or eye bolt), equipped with differential pressure gauge, air vent valve, and drain/slag outlet; optional insulation jacket, CIP/SIP interface, and nitrogen purging.

Interface and Safety: Flange/Quick-connect/Threaded connection (DN25~DN150), silicone/fluororubber seal, safety valve or rupture disc optional.
