The 1 cubic meter mixing tank is a high-efficiency equipment for stirring, mixing, blending and homogenizing materials. Compact and adaptable, it is widely used in coatings, medicine, chemicals, food, scientific research and other industries, suitable for liquid-liquid, solid-liquid and powder-liquid mixing.
It mainly consists of four core parts:
Stainless Steel Tank Body: High-quality stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, 1m³ capacity suitable for small and medium-sized production or laboratories.
Head: Seamless connection with the tank, arc design to avoid material accumulation and enhance structural strength.
Jacket: Wrapped around the tank wall, used to adjust material temperature to meet process requirements.
Mixing System: Composed of agitator, motor and reducer, agitator type can be selected according to material properties.

Optional configurations for customized needs:
- Tiltable: Facilitates material loading/unloading and tank cleaning.
- Integrated Control Panel: Intelligent control of mixing parameters, with alarm function.
- Heated/Cooled (Dimple, Halfpipe): Adjust material temperature via dimple or halfpipe jacket.
- Loadcells: Real-time measurement of material weight for accurate formulation.
- Level Switches: Real-time liquid level monitoring to prevent overflow or shortage.
- Cleaning Connections: Supports online cleaning, suitable for food and medicine industries.
- Skid mounted: Easy to install, move and maintain, no complex foundation.
- Finishing Levels: Optional mechanical/mirror polishing for easy cleaning.
- Materials: 304/316L/Duplex stainless steel for different corrosive environments.
Agitator Types
Optional agitators for different materials and mixing needs:
Gate agitator: Simple structure, suitable for low-viscosity materials.
Anchor agitator: Fits tank wall, suitable for high-viscosity materials.
Scraping agitator: Scrapes tank wall, suitable for adhesive high-viscosity materials.
Propeller agitator: High speed, suitable for low-viscosity liquid mixing.
Bottom driven agitator: Installed at tank bottom, prevents material precipitation.
Dispersing disk: Disperses solid particles, suitable for pigments and fillers.
Rotor/stator: High-shear, suitable for emulsification and high-viscosity material dispersion.
Screw agitator: Axial material pushing, suitable for paste-like materials.
Combination of agitators: Custom combination (e.g., anchor + dispersing disk) for specific needs.
